Shipping & Delivery

Inside Dhaka 2–4 days, outside Dhaka 4–7 days, counted from when we confirm your order. Each brand packs its own parcels, usually within 2 days of confirmation, and our courier partner delivers. These are estimates, not guarantees. Parcels from different brands can arrive on different days.

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80 per parcel
• Outside Dhaka: ৳140 per parcel. This includes Gazipur, Savar, Keraniganj and Narayanganj.
• Each brand packs its own parcels, so an order with items from two brands arrives as two parcels with two delivery charges. You see each charge at checkout before you place the order.
• If an item is removed after you order, the delivery charge on your other parcels doesn't go up.
• Some brands waive the delivery charge once a parcel reaches a minimum value. Each brand sets its own minimum and it can change, so we show it in your bag and at checkout rather than here.

When

First order outside Dhaka, or after a refused parcel. Sometimes inside Dhaka.

Refunds

If we cancel, refunded by bKash. Not refunded if you refuse the parcel.

We'll call to confirm your order, usually within 2 hours during our support hours (Saturday to Thursday, 10 AM to 8 PM). Once a parcel is dispatched, we share the tracking details so you can follow the delivery.
